By downloading, installing, or using the Motivation Daily mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our App.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

You may use our App with or without creating an account. Anonymous usage is fully supported. If you choose to create an account, you must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• One person may not maintain more than one account

Subscription and Payments

Premium Features

Our App offers premium features through a subscription service managed by RevenueCat and processed through the Apple App Store.

Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Billing occurs through your Apple ID account
• Price changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

User-Generated Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App, including goals, notes, reflections, and other personal data. We do not claim ownership of your personal content.

Content Guidelines

While your content is private, you agree not to create content that:

• Violates applicable laws
• Contains harmful or threatening language toward yourself or others
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, malicious code, or viruses

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The App, including its design, features, functionality, and content, is owned by Motivation Daily and protected by intellectual property laws. This includes our AI algorithms, user interface, and proprietary motivation techniques.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal use in accordance with these Terms.
